Echoes of History: Concert with the Potsdam Chamber Academy

Musikerinnen und Musiker der Kammerakademie Potsdam

Hear history: With the new concert series “Echoes of History”, the Garrison Church, together with the Potsdam Chamber Academy, invites you to musical reflection on the past and future.

What did history sound like, what does it sound like? Be there at the start of the new concert series. To be heard on October 31st: works by J.S. Bach, G.F. Handel and others. Featuring: Julienne Mbodjé (mezzo-soprano), Martin Knizia (organ) and Nathan Plante (trumpet).

In the future, members of the orchestra will critically examine historical events twice a year. They show connecting lines and make connections audible, giving the audience a new, sensual access.

The concert entitled “EinKlang” will take place on Thursday, October 31st at 7:30 p.m. in the Nagelkreuzkapelle on the ground floor of the Garrison Church in Potsdam. Tickets cost 15 euros. They are available online in the ticket shop and at the box office in the foyer (Breite Straße 7, 14467 Potsdam).
